Architectural grade 304 stainless steel. It's a mouthful, but it's also the foundation of our quality. We use this higher grade of stainless steel because it ensures the life of our products. Although Camisasca specializes in producing the finest license plate frames available today, we have expanded on this manufacturing experience to encompass a variety of other interior and exterior trim products to meet our customers' needs. 	We maintain new state-of-the-art metal stamping presses ranging from 60 to 186 tons, a hydraulic brake press, and shears enabling us to offer a variety of small, stamped parts in different gauges of stainless steel and other metals.
	Our Deburring and Polishing departments ensure that all stainless steel parts are free from sharp edges and beautifully finished, ranging from 4B brushed to super mirror bright #8.

	Finished parts are processed through our four-step ultrasonic cleaning equipment that removes all oils and buffing compounds prior to assembly, packaging and shipment.
	This unique military specification process uses photochemical development, allowing us to offer permanent, black, detailed graphics on gold or silver aluminum in a variety of finishes and thicknesses. The graphics in this process are sealed in with a clear anodized layer, making these nameplates and plaques extremely durable for exterior application.

	Our clear polyurethane doming is used to encapsulate full-color graphics on nameplates, emblems and plaques and protects them from abrasion and UV. This added step delivers a striking and beautiful look to our nameplate products, and also ensures they will withstand exterior application.
	New laser technology allows us to permanently mark stainless steel, aluminum, plastic, wood and leather products with detailed graphic information in short run production quantities. Additional applications include creation of prototype acrylic counter displays for retail product presentations.

	Our art department can develop accurate corporate identities quickly-for new or revised product development-as well as full-color layouts for retail packaging, brochures and point-of-purchase displays. We have both film and paper output capabilities.
	Private label packaging on all of our products is available to meet our customers' corporate standards and includes the appropriate installation and mounting hardware.
