At Camisasca Automotive Manufacturing, Inc., quality is an integral part of our company policy. Our products are quality- controlled at each step, with care to assure good workmanship, in order to provide customers with the pleasure and assurance of long-lasting use. A single frame must go through nine individual manufacturing stages and just as many quality checks in our state-of-the-art metal stamping facility before it is placed into a shipping carton or onto a retail point of purchase display. We use no automation; every production stage is done by hand, which means that every frame is individually inspected at each stage along the line–ensuring consistent perfection. Pictured below are some of these important frame manufacturing stages.

THE PROCESS BEGINS with our exclusive architectural mirror bright stainless steel material that is checked for clarity, shine and surface imperfections before it is used to create a frame blank, the first stage of our frame production.

AFTER THE FRAME BLANKS have been deburred to remove sharp edges, the forming process gives the blank its three-dimensional features and shape.

NEXT, THE FORMED FRAME BLANK has its center punched out. The output of this process fully resembles a license plate frame.

DURING THE HALFWAY POINT in production, with the stamping processes completed, our frames go through hand deburring and edge and surface polishing. This ensures that each frame is free of sharp edges and has a mirror bright surface that is second to none.

TO THOROUGHLY REMOVE all machine oils and polishing compounds, every frame is ultrasonically cleaned. At this final stage of frame production, frames come off the line with a flawless brilliance usually associated only with the jewelry industry.

AT THE PACKAGING STAGE, all frames go through a final quality-control inspection where they are held up to our high visual inspection standards. If the frame does not meet clarity, shine and surface perfection, it is returned to the finishing department for re-finishing or disposal.
